The rule on Critical Raw Materials is mainly aimed at the public sector, the European Commission and the Member States to overcome their supply problems, but in all this the private sector is also important, which is offered considerable opportunities, but with equally rigid obligations which must be respected.

The key element to ensuring raw materials security is the choice of effective strategic projects, which can be identified both in EU Member States and in third countries and can be undertaken by both governments and private investors.

HPP technologies meet all the requirements that the European Commission responsibly imposes, they have feasibility, sustainability and reliability, in fact HPP can be defined as strategic as it has multiple advantages and the risk for investments is practically zero, indeed it has all the cards in order to request public support or even State Aid, for example in the form of guarantees, loans or equity or quasi-equity investments.
